Agree 100% with that statement; I hired a Polish Immigrant quite a few years ago, guy spoke 5 languages and was one of the best hiring decisions I ever made.
We used to joke about the fact that when I was in the Corps we were deadly enemies, he was a sergeant in the Polish Army back in the sixties, when they were under Soviet COMMUNIST control.
