Russian Company Asks Judge To Dismiss Mueller’s ‘Make-Believe’ Charges

One of the Russian companies special counsel Robert Mueller accused of interfering in the 2016 presidential election is asking a federal judge to determine if he is engaging in a sham criminal case.

Foreign interference in the presidential election is a “make-believe crime,” Concord Management and Consulting said in a court filing Monday. The company argues the case is an example of Mueller attempting to “justify his own existence” by indicting “a Russian — any Russian.”

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein has “rejected the history and integrity of the DOJ and instead licensed a Special Counsel who for all practical political purposes cannot be fired, to indict a case that has absolutely nothing to do with any links or coordination between any candidate and the Russian Government,” Concord wrote in the court filing.

So where is congress? Maybe someone should ask Q that, or at least ask a Ouija board.

Mueller Indicted A Russian Company That Didn't Even Exist, Court Transcripts Say

On Hannity they mentioned a Russian company that did not even exist at the time of it's alleged crimes was also indicted! Bad enough if due to incompetence but I suspect Muller was fully aware of this fiction and pushed it anyways. RATS are so use to having their crimes ignored combined with their arrogant belief that any means is justified for their ends that Muller must have dismissed this blatant fabrication as a mere technicality on his way towards Impeachment of Trump.

Youtuber completely destroys Mueller's "Russian troll indictments."

LANGUAGE WARNING - Loads of F-bombs and other cursing.

It's an awesome dissection in spite of the language.

The Mueller Indictments Are A F**king Joke & It's Dangerous [Web Exclusive] (15:09)

The bottom line is this company in Russia is a click-bait farm. They had no interest in interfering with our election or creating any chaos here.
It exists to make money through the cyber equivalent of creating and selling client lists.

I recall Putin saying at an Interview when asked about this Russian gig in the US after the election and had booted Russians from the Embassy....His response..”It’s not funny anymore”. Basically he thought they had taken it too far as most people did, and that US politics between the parties needed a big fix! LOL..I laughed when I heard that though he wasn’t kidding.

Russia has a lot of ‘rogue’ computer guys so you hardly can tell who or where ‘stuff’ is coming from. They arrested some kid in Europe fronting as a Russian when he isn’t.

Heck if the Leakers in DC say they use a staffs name etc.. it would be nothing for anyone in the world to front they’re someone they are not.

You know what REALLY irritates me? I mean, assuming this is true, that the company did nothing or maybe wasn’t even in existence, etc.? The fact that there is NOTHING done by the absolute FAKE NEWS organizations that spew out every whisper of rumor about Trump or frankly any conservative Republican REGARDLESS of evidence (see: Missouri governor).

Mueller’s indictments received widespread applause in the media, but NO scrutiny. None. Yet every word spoken by a conservative, somehow the fake news INSTANTLY will search out a rebuttal.

Journalism is dead.

Keep him on ‘til after the election. It would be the cruelest thing you could do to the Dems, stewing them in the Special Counsel’s own juices. After the red tide washes over them, and so many of them drown, they’ll happily throw Mueller to the wolves themselves. They’ll have Kentucky-Fried Mueller, seasoned with 11 herbs and spices to be finger-lickin’ good, especially under a bus.

The elephant in the room is the fact that Mueller is not very bright. He's the perfect example of the Peter Principle.

He's been propped at every step up by the media, and now things are crashing down upon him like his previous cases. Maybe this time he'll get his comeuppance.

Even if a hacker is a Russian national, that really doesn’t imply “Russian government”, for the reasons you stated.

Rumor has it this has Mueller and crew completely Gobsmacked, the last thing they expected Russia to do was actually hire a team of high power lawyers and fight them toe to toe in the courts...

Pretty bad when a Russian company spanks Mueller instead of our own Congress and DOJ, embarrassing.

“Make-believe” is indeed the correct terminology for this investigation. They just make things up as they go along.

If Mueller can’t come up with any actual evidence to support the indictment then the judge can be expected to dismiss the case.

I certainly hope so!

That’ll make the case for Congress to call for Mueller’s dismissal and to put an end to this charade...and then maybe we need to appoint someone to investigate the fake ‘Russia Meddling’ narrative and start putting people on trial for trying to overturn an election and to run a coup against our elected President.
