It's right there for everyone to see in this thread that I never said that Horowitz "is only able to investigate Hillary emails".
What I did say is that Horowitz has announced two investigations. That is a fact.
And then I said that the only matters we know about that are being investigated by the OIG, are the matters contained in those two announcements.
