[FULL TITLE] Mueller said he could wrap up probe by Sept. 1 if he can interview Trump by mid-July, Giuliani tells Fox News

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has told President Trump's legal team he should be able to wrap up the Russia investigation by Sept. 1 if he is able to interview Trump by mid-July, Rudy Giuliani told Fox News on Sunday.

Giuliani said he and Mueller spoke about an end date to the investigation approximately two weeks ago. During that conversation, Giuliani told Mueller that any interview of Trump by the special counsel would be contingent on knowing when the probe would wrap up.

Giuliani added that he wants Mueller's investigation wrapped up by Sept. 1 so that it doesn't affect Republican chances in November's midterm elections.

I agree about Guiliani. He seems a little bit nuts and does not sound like somebody who should be feared.

The average for these investigations is nearly three years. This one is so convoluted that we can expect it to be much longer. Despite Trump's team using the Chewbacca Defense, this story is getting out. His whole family is cashing in, like the Clintons he was so close to for so many years, Trump is getting the foreign dough he covets.

What a sneaky snake. Still trying to snare the President on trumped up charges and legal "technicalities".

They have got nothing, nothing at all.

Good thing the President sees right through them.

When could he wrap it up if POTUS directs him to go pound sand?

Forever... the plan is to run it as long as Trump is in office.

What happened to Giuliani’s previous opinion that he saw no reason the whole thing couldn’t be wrapped up in a few weeks?

Someone should ask Rudy to cite the exact criminal act(s) the Mueller probe is based on.

Until he can cite a specific illegal act the President or his campaign is alleged to have committed, all talk of interviewing the President should be off the table.

Mueller should be fired

Rudy should be fired for even allowing the possibility of interviewing the President.

Yeah, and when Hillary talked to them she wasn’t under oath and supposedly no notes were taken. She could lie as much as she needed and there was no record.

If we actually had a strong AG, Mueller would be directed to wrap this “investigation” up and submit his final report by 1 July, after which all funding and access to resources will be terminated.

It’s driven by the old media empire and corrupt legal libturds. Stop pinning blame on Trump’s appointments.

Can we even count the crimes the Clinton/Obama crime rings committed? It’s all driven by the Rat media empire.

Obviously, this will be dragged out up until the mid-term election for the purpose of casting a shadow over the President and those candidates he supports. This should be exposed as the purely political charade that it is.

Stop pinning blame on Trump’s appointments.

Sessions shares the blame for all of this. If he’s not corrupt, he’s incompetent.
And even if he’s neither, he’s without honor, since any honorable person would have resigned given Trump’s repeated (and public) complaints about his job performance on Twitter.

The fact that these bastards have been allowed to get away with this crap for over a year (and STILL haven’t been brought to justice) has hurt our country. If the FBI had done the right thing at the beginning of all of this, there still might be some respect for them in the eyes of some. Now? They’re just a corrupt bunch of deep-state enemies engaged in a coup against our President. The Congress? Except for a handful of good people they’re complicit in all of this because neither side wants to see honesty and justice brought back into our government. Heaven forbid the American public actually learns to expect politicians to keep their words... on anything, or tell them the truth.

And, of course, you’re right - the media and libtards ARE behind all of this - and they’re really the ones who have to take responsibility for it, but their support team in Congress and the “justice” department have to take some responsibility, too.

I like him, but Giuliani talks to much. He needs to stay off these talk shows. All it does is give democrats the chance to say he’s senile while calling him a liar. As in “a CNN source says no one in the Mueller investigation has spoken to Giuliani.” It happens after every interview,
