I have decided to terminate the planned Summit in Singapore on June 12th. While many things can happen and a great opportunity lies ahead potentially, I believe that this is a tremendous setback for North Korea and indeed a setback for the world...

I have a feeling that there will be a Trump-Kim meeting in July, and probably another later on, and that there will be some sort of deal, including an official end to the war, and return of remains of missing servicemen.

I would bet Kim Jong knows about Rods From God and what they have already done to his nuclear program.
No mountain fortress or cave can withstand their attack. The ‘earthquake’ leading to the deaths of their highest ranking nuclear personnel was an explosion of sorts on top of their underground bunker facility.
So then, why is Kim Jong doing this start and stop dance? I suspect he has some generals pulling his strings who operate in that part of the world based on saving face. They would rather die than appear weak in the eyes of others, similar to the Japanese in WWII. Perhaps the only way forward is a war that turns their people against them. Either that or target the stubborn generals and see if they can be made to stand aside by counterparts in China.

Yes, to what you said. And add in the fact that lil’ Kimmie wants to save face. He has been abjectly defeated. But he still wants to seem like a big shot on the world stage.

The entire population of his country has been told since they could talk that he and his ancestors are worshipped and loved by the leaders of every other nation except the United States.
You cannot say the word "American" in NK without adding the word "bastards" after it. America has been vilified since 1953 in North Korea, and is seen as the most backward, evil country in history by the whole population.
There's an entire museum in NK that's devoted to all the gifts and tributes that have been given by the leaders of other countries to Kim Jong Un and his ancestors. Every Korean person visits it at least once in their lifetime.
If Rocket Man is seen as meeting PDJT on an equal footing, it will undermine the myth that's been implanted in tens of millions of DPRK citizens for decades, unceasingly.
They expect to see Trump groveling, crying, prostrating himself before Rocket Man. They expect to see Rocket Man sitting in a higher chair, with Trump approaching him with eyes downcast, waiting to learn what America's punishment will be for all the crimes we've committed against North Korea for the last 65 years.
Anything else will represent a cataclysmic loss of face, and could touch off a revolution in North Korea. This is what Rocket Man fears.

Collapse that testing facility because it was just old. The new testing facility is right around the corner, more advanced and may have Cyrillic or Chinese writing on the walls.
