This can’t be done in secret. The reasons have to be transparent and clear to all. Giuliani is preparing the public for Mueller’s dismissal and hopefully the indictment of the people involved in setting up a case of domestic espionage against the opposition political party’s candidate. These are felony charges that could see these people in prison for a decade or more.
