Plaintiffs: 'We plan to continue this litigation'
It's another legal victory for the Boyertown Area School District in a federal lawsuit filed over its transgender policy.
A panel of appeals court judges in Philadelphia on Thursday unanimously affirmed a lower court's ruling, upholding the district's practice of allowing transgender boys and girls to use the same restrooms and locker rooms as other boys and girls.

Now look at Virginia. A girl who pretends to be a boy sues the school board. Why? The school board says even though you like to pretend you're a boy, you cannot use a boys bathroom. The girl sues. Idiot federal judge says the school board is wrong and the person with XX chromosomes thinking she has XY chromosomes is right.

Our judiciary is retarded and filled with unconstitutional and hypocritical hacks.
If that starts happening break out the popcorn.
If the school district gets to decide then its also righty when they say bathrooms are only for the assigned sex
Wish I was back in high school, gender is now an option and gives access to the girls locker room. Sweet.
They need to install urinals in women’s restrooms so that women with penises can use them if they prefer.
This is where the Left moves to TAKE CONTROL over us. Prior to this, it was live-and-let-live, even through gay marriage.
But now they are saying it is THEIR RIGHT to send THEIR MEN (or any man or boy) into the locker rooms of 15 year old girls who are showering.
Do we FINALLY fight back, or just suck it up, yet again.
When are enough of you Idiot Voters going to WTFU and get rid of these politicians and administrators who promote this crap or allow it to fester?
Seriously . .. WAKE UP
Has anybody bothered to ask the local legal voters what they think about this policy?
