When they can’t even keep oil production going when that is the one source of hard currency.....when they can’t even manage to maintain production levels despite the help of foreign oil companies who had partnership agreements, that says it all. If they can’t even manage to feed the golden goose what does anybody think the rest of the economy looks like?
