Thank you!
The judge forbade any reporting on the trial itself and the verdict?
Look at those goose steppers in yellow vests. Sickening.
I don’t know if you are personally involved with this movement or not. I’ve been infrequently updated, mostly with Alex Jones. He is a true British patriot. Wish the cause all the power.
I was born and raised there but have been fortunate enough to have been brought here as a teenager, many years ago now. This country has been amazing to me. It’s hard to watch the UK change. Every time I’ve returned it is less recognizable. I will always have part of my heart there.
One of my relatives is a cop there. I recently questioned the language of some speech laws. His response wasn’t, “yeah I hate it, they’re so wrong”. It was more of “oh don’t worry, no biggie, people hardly ever get prison time for it”. I pointed out that they’re anti-free speech and are intended to intimidate and silence certain views, namely the ones the State doesn’t want to hear - which is precisely the point of free-speech.
He ended the discussion saying we have cultural differences. I couldn’t help but think there must be MANY in the UK that agreed with me - so that wasn’t the issue. I’ve become very aware of just how rare our level of freedom is in this world. Growing up over there things seemed very free. That was a different time.
I’ve come to the conclusion that you either live in a country that has a collectivist mindset or you live in the USA. Socialism, Communism, Islamism, ... are all collectivist thinking. Learning that here, what is best for the collective is directly related to the rights of the individual, that what is best for the individual, individual liberty, is what is best for the collective. Nowhere else sees it that way. You have only the rights that those above you have not deemed to dangerous to have and if you cause trouble they’ll restrict your rights “in the best interests of the collective”. This is what has been happening in the UK, as they have no constitution. The import of people that have an opposing ethics system will cause friction which is then managed by continuously restricting rights. Now they restrict the rights of those they can most easily control, which is not Muslims. I’ve known for years this will eventually not hold together, the only question will be “what is the catalyst that will cause the reaction?”. Maybe it is Tommy, we’ll see. If anything happens to him I think it will.
Sorry for the long answer. Am I personally involved? I feel it is personal. But no, other than spreading the word - I believe I was the first to post about Tommy’s arrest - and donating, signing the petition, etc., that is as far as my involvement can go right now.
That said, I won’t say I’ve not considered returning, only to bring back the concepts of freedom of which they have forgotten and I have so embraced, and enjoyed, here.

Concisely stated.
The wig is too much. I know it’s customary, but no real man would wear that moth-eaten thing.
With Brexit, the Brits are more reliant on good relations with the US. Maybe folks should let the Trump admin and House members know how they feel.
