It's not that a probe by a Special Prosecutor or Special Counsel is in and of itself a violation of the Constitution.
The problem is that this particular probe is being conducted in pursuit of a political agenda instead of justice.
It has been weaponized by a Special Counsel running amok in an attempt to unfairly damage or destroy a presidency.

I greatly respect Kelley Anne Conway. Met her when she and Dinesh D’Souza were running the “3rd Generation” lecture series at the Heritage Foundation.
Both were kind, smart, had a good sense of humor, and wanted to talk to the audience in attendance. They were a breath of fresh air in the old stogy GOP ruling elite.
