Sloppy workers, leakers, whistleblowers, and spies face a variety of criminal charges for mishandling classified records. But there are leading options available to prosecutors, with varying statutes of limitations.

I’ll be shocked if the OIG report is damning to anyone in the Hillary FBI investigation....oh there will be some procedures not followed...could have done differently but nothing damning

Also, if Hillary skates the laws against destroying evidence need to be changed so every criminal can destroy phones, laptops, and servers.
Rule of Law means the law is the same for all of us. It DOES NOT MEAN THAT ELITES CAN DO WHATEVER THE HELL THEY WANT TO DO... AND THE REST OF US ARE HELD TO A HIGHER STANDARD.
All the underlings staring with file clerks will be prosecuted. Hillary won’t be. And the people won’t get pissed because the media fake news won’t report it.

Hillary killed Vince Foster who was about to be sent to jail for double billing on White Water. That was a long time ago.
They try to make it sound so inane and accidental. These are not bumbling idiots just trying to do the right thing. It was obvious to anyone with a average exposure to information technology that the only real reason to host your own email server is to hide your affairs.
The only bumbling accidental part was the naivete to think that you can hide and protect your own servers from hackers and state actors alike. But it was more important to operate below board against government oversight that the risk of getting hacked was worth it.
These people are not innocent victims.

I remember one time , Hillary complained about how there’s a Hillary standard, and how she was being held to an unfair standsed that others were not.
