Ok, I looked. In the article: https://www.38north.org/2018/06/yongbyon062618/ it is not clear when the improvements took place.

Yes, it is:

"satellite imagery from June 21 indicates that improvements to the infrastructure at North Korea’s Yongbyon Nuclear Scientific Research Center." These images can be compared to other dated info...

"Modifications to North Korea’s 5 MWe reactor’s secondary cooling loop, which began in March, appear externally complete."

"A new small building with a bluish roof has also been erected near the main construction support yard, where only a foundation was previously visible (may, 30 2018)."

"The increased roof staining at the northwest corner of the cascade halls, as shown in Figure 7, indicates continued operations at the Uranium Enrichment Plant. The staining is caused by the deposition of water vapor coming from the six cooling units associated with gas centrifuge operations."

"over the past month, a below-grade pipeline has also been completed that connects them with the main production building, thereby providing a possible means for transferring such chemicals."

A never Trumper believes that Trump's inexperience in foreign policy makes him incapable of success (except perhaps by accident). A never-Trump believes that the Council of Foreign Relations suggested foreign policy for America is compatible with MAGA. A never-Trumper believes the media meme that Trump is impulsive and self-aggrandizing which will lead him to take short cuts in foreign policy for quick wins.

Never-Trumpers also don't like Bolton and numerous other Trump advisors.

No other dates listed in the article other than "over the past month, a below-grade pipeline has also been completed" Do you have other dated info?

"A new small building with a bluish roof has also been erected near the main construction support yard, where only a foundation was previously visible (may, 30 2018)"

In another section they say the building may function as VIP quarters. It seems as though if the authors had specific dates to support their claim, they should give them, but they did not.

The jury is out. There is mainly the "no longer a nuclear threat" tweet on the plane ride home and later "The denuclearization deal with North Korea is being praised and celebrated all over Asia". Is this praise and celebration? "TOKYO (Reuters) - Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe welcomed the joint statement signed by President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in Singapore as a first step in the denuclearization of North Korea."

It is praise, but claims of celebration are premature. There's never going to be certainty in the case of NK except with complete regime change which is currently not feasible. But it probably won't be too long until there is some progress in opening up NK allowing verification to be more plausible.

“the Washington Post said Sunday”

Well now I know that I can’t believe a word about this. The very top of the Deep State media said it. Anonymous sources of course. The left is trying everything within its powers to make Donald Trump fail on NK.

You ever wonder if the leftist media would release some information like this just to try and make it look as though President Trump failed with the NK deal????????

Interesting idea that they may be keeping parts of their program such as research facilities and fuel enrichment not to make their own weapons, but to sell to a 3d party

I have confidence in Trump Pompeo and Bolton to work through this
Despite democrat and traitorous US former intel ‘ officials” trying to sabotage the process for their own ego and other gain

You would have to accept that all 3 generations of the Kim dynasty are identical men in how they lead, what they value, what experiences shaped them - and who might really be pulling their strings

Actually each is a unique product of his time in history

Jong Un has lived a ( justifiably) paranoid existence where personal survival much less power is subject to sudden and violent change. For all we know he may be continuing some programs and placating some elements of his regime and backers who are not ready for a sea change in North Korea

I trust Trump and Pompeo as having unparalleled skills to negotiate through this complex situation at this moment in history

The bottom line is, if “certain elements” have to have nukes to be placated, then North Korea is not ready for peace, and Trump and Pompeo had better bring that home to them in no uncertain terms.

I’m calling this fake news.

We must always be cautious. The incentive for this to be inserted as fake news would be to discourage us and to set Trump’s stature down as peace hopes crumble. Exactly what enemy fake news would be designed to do.

If the norks are trying to hide important parts for nukes, they could put them under a certain leader’s high brown hair mound. Only Kim’s barber would know for sure. And he wants to go on living.

The entire world has tolerated the NK totalitarian state for 70 years ( 3 generations of heavily indoctrinated isolated Norks)

The US and regional response has focused on military buildup - now million+ men under arms

We ( UN and US) flailed around with bureaucratic niceties for 20 years while they built nukes , since Clinton

Now based on increasingly provocative missile testing, rhetoric and I'm sure other sources, nuclear Deterrence was eroding here. The unthinkable was becoming thinkable. Even if due to a miscalculation

I really think we should give Trump ( and Jong Un) more than 1 summit to figure out a golden bridge solution to walk back the nuke threat and then keep going

Admit it may take time. Stop accepting the media and deep state bleating about NK betrayal and Trump failure at every indicator of slow or no progress

We are in a slow process of “ confidence building” by each side
There may be step backs along the way

If NK breaks the bond Trump has so far made - then expect a big new military exercise. Or other obvious response. Suspending exercises has been our only noticeable concession so far. As Trump said - we haven't delivered $150 billion pallet of cash

If I were Kim, I would utilize the old North Korean nuclear diplomacy playbook: declare your intention to give up your weapons but stall, lie and do whatever you can to make negotiations around the terms of such an enterprise bog down for years. All the while, Pyongyang’s nuclear weapons and missile capabilities continue to be perfected."

And if Trump were Clinton he would fall for it but he ain't.

So long as they don’t put on rose colored glasses and downplay it. That’s what Clintonistas, Bush-niks and Obamaniacs all did. So hungry for a photo op “deal” they slipped into denial.
