He’s called Hillary criminal for over 2.5 years. He could have taken Comey’s report and got her indicted 16 months ago.
May I ask, when will the time be right?

He could have gotten her indicted 16 months ago, but could he have won her conviction based on what he had then? There will be only one shot at trial, so he's got to get it right or else everybody walks.

Another question? Who is the target for prosecution? Rather, who are the targets? This criminal conspiracy is the largest in our history, and taking it down is not an overnight task. I would argue that things are actually moving quickly, and point to Trump's calm and his enemies' panicked behavior as evidence. President Trump is no fool, and he's our man in the arena. Trust him.

President Trump will pull the trigger when the time is right. But until "the entire nation comes to grips with the enormity of these historic scandals" as you said, the president will not have the popular support to do all that must be done. I believe that day is coming soon.

I believe that's it, in a nutshell.

The cancer that ails this country is so advanced, and has spread so wide and deep within our government, the surgical procedure required to excise it, is MAJOR.

The citizens aren't going to agree to undergo that procedure, until they see with their own eyes, just how life threatening our situation is.

This answers the ever present question: 'Why doesn't Trump DO something?'

I heard Matt Gaetz say that Page was a much better witness than Strzok.

Glad you mentioned Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL). In an interview with Lou Dobbs this evening, Rep. Gaetz observed: "President Trump has a unique style. Sometimes the game you're watching is not always the game being played."

Let that keen observation sink in when considering what is really going on behind the scenes...

Re: “If you think this present course is slow...”

I never said anything about slow.

Having Horowitz and Huber investigate the Clinton scandals is completely useless.

As I have pointed out many, many times, 96% of the jury pool in Washington D.C. voted against Trump in the 2016 election. The best we can hope for is a massive, incriminating, document drop, which the H&H Obama boys are never going to do. Trump could order it tomorrow - but he won't.

Re: U.S. Attorney Utah

Genius?

The only people Huber can indict in Utah are people who committed federal crimes in Utah. Almost all federal crimes are tried in the federal district where the crime took place.

Re: “Huber has at least one grand jury hearing evidence.”

I keep hearing “Q Parrots” make that claim. I'm still waiting to see a link to a verifiable source.

Re: “Be patient. President Trump knows what he's doing.”

It's quite possible that Barack Obama was the most politically corrupt president in American history.

If Trump knew what he was doing, he would not have appointed or retained at least seven of Obama’s senior executives at the DOJ and FBI.

“Sometimes the game you’re watching is not always the game being played.”

Exactly. We all saw what we saw. Nobody but them knows what wen on in thheir private meeting, but the Trump-hating loudmouths cannot pass an opportunity to bloviate in front of the cameras. They just don’t know.

It’s like my husband once commented on how brave I am before surgeries and things like that. I told him, “You have no idea what’s going on inside. You see what I let you see.” We are seeing what Trump lets us see.

she will never be indicted or imprisoned, The reason why trump, isn’t and won’t do it is mystery to me. He could have indicted her on the comey report and ordered an investigation of the uranium, selling access, and the foundation while she was in prison or given her lesser sentence for here admitting to major felonies on the record.. A lot of, people here say he will pick the time. I say the longer it drags on the les chance it will happen.

If federal employees and federal politicians conspire to sell an entire town, in Utah, to Canadian companies, who then sell it to Russian companies who then get mining rights to 20% of US Uranium ore, committing treason against the US and hiding the money in overseas tax havens or 'foundations', is that a federal crime ?

Re: Sell an entire town in Utah

I have no idea what states the Uranium mines are in.

However, the potential defendants are federal employees who work in Washington D.C.

Consequently, any trial would be held in Washington D.C.

The facts are not so simple or cut-and-dried. Federal crimes may be prosecuted in any district in which one overt act was committed within a criminal conspiracy, or in any intervening district through which related mail or contraband transited.

Trump may be needing several million supporters to add physical support to what he needs to do, a sustained protest at the CIA, FBI, and other agencies. If our president is boxed in then we may need to box in those who are boxing him in. The American people need a direct voice in this...the “children” in the DC sandbox aren’t playing nicely with each other. I’m not saying anything violence...indeed a deathly silence as we occupy might be the most frightening thing with our faces made to look like flint!

Tea Party 2.0?

We tried that, and the Deep State crushed the movement by weaponizing, then siccing the IRS on us.

That's not to say that large scale demonstrations and such wouldn't create some kind of effect, but I think we've now seen enough of the dark underbelly of the state, to know that we've entered a much more serious stage of dysfunction.

I think Americans have been prepping for where this is really going, for some time now, as is evidenced by gun and ammo sales.

Certain folks were “audited” by the IRS(when they tried to get tax free status for their little blogs and groups) but we saw what happened over time when the IRS tactics were exposed. The Tea Party movements fell prey more to the infighting of those trying to assume leadership of a movement that was more grassroots and good folks were unsure of whom to trust with leadership. I also blame certain folks like Glenn Beck (who lost his nerve when the movements actually showed signs of succeeding...)he pushed the movement big time then just suddenly became a puddle of ooze when people actually started responding).

The impetus is still there which is why Trump got elected. We just are not effective self organizers and those who are good get crushed because we don’t support them.

One other point on IRS weaponization...it only occurred with those “trying to play the bureaucrats” game. The work will have to be done by folks willing to sacrifice time, treasure, and their sacred honor. Forget about trying to go tax free; if one wishes to set up a Tea Party group, then each person spends their own money to support it and will not try to take the money off their taxes. The Battle is existential, not political in nature at the end of which, the IRS will no longer be existent along with a lot of other loathsome governmental entities. They don’t have enough people to make us play their games if 300 million people decide they don’t want to. Even 50 million defiant souls can put a hurt on the system. The sociopaths of the deep state rely on fear and manipulation...that is all they have!

Re: The facts are not so simple or cut-and-dried.

Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure

Rule 18. Place of Prosecution and Trial

Unless a statute or these rules permit otherwise, the government must prosecute an offense in a district where the offense was committed. The court must set the place of trial within the district with due regard for the convenience of the defendant, any victim, and the witnesses, and the prompt administration of justice.

With regard to Hillary Clinton, et alia, all the crimes took place in Washington D.C. or New York City (where the Clinton foundation is located).

Suggesting that Clinton and other senior Democratic executives might be tried in Utah or some other state is beyond silly.

Rule 18. Place of Prosecution and Trial

Unless a statute or these rules permit otherwise...

Your reading of Rule 18 is superficial and completely ignores its opening and qualifying phrase. Search the case law and you will find many exceptions in cases of broad criminal conspiracies which allowed prosecution in other eligible federal judicial districts.

Two other facts to consider:
1. The Clinton Foundation, with offices in New York City and Little Rock, is under active investigation by USA Cody Hiland in the Eastern District of Arkansas.
2. American uranium is mined in Nebraska, Texas, Utah and Wyoming and is shipped across many other states; all federal districts involved could be eligible venues for prosecution of a criminal conspiracy involving minerals sold to Uranium One.

Time will tell...

Please keep in mind that we are discussing the Uranium One case.

The Clinton Foundation in Little Rock administers the Presidential Library. I have no idea what crimes may have been committed by the Presidential Library.

The Clinton Foundation in New York City administers The Clinton Global Initiative. All of the alleged Uranium One bribes were paid into programs sponsored by the Global Initiative.

All of the Uranium exported from the USA went to Canada, Europe, or Japan, and all shipments had the necessary approvals. If there is some crime involved with selling Uranium to American allies, I am not aware of it.

The only completely obvious potential crime was the approval of the Uranium One sale by Hillary Clinton's Committee on Foreign Investment, by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and by Barack Obama. All of those approvals were agreed to in Washington D.C.

Re: “Your reading of Rule 18 is superficial and completely ignores its opening and qualifying phrase.”

The opening phrase: “Unless a statute or these rules permit otherwise...”

Pure Boiler Plate - I'll bet that exact same phrase can be found 10,000 times in the Code of Federal Regulations.

As for qualifiers, there are three, expressed in Rule 20 and 21.

(1) A trial may be transferred if the defendant pleads guilty. In other words, no trial.

(2) For local prejudice.

(3) For the convenience of the defendants, witnesses, or the victim (in this case, “the people of the United States”).

I repeat my earlier statement...

Your suggestion that a former Secretary of State, an ex-president, and various Cabinet Secretaries or Agency Directors would be tried anywhere outside of Washington D.C. is beyond silly.
