Frustrated Democratic lawmakers are offering Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez some advice: Cool it.
Ocasio-Cortez stunned the political world with her upset primary victory last month over Rep. Joseph Crowley (D-N.Y.), the head of the House Democratic Caucus and a rising star within the party.
But while the improbable win made Ocasio-Cortez an overnight progressive superstar, a number of House Democrats are up in arms over her no-holds-barred approach, particularly her recent accusation that Crowley, who has endorsed her candidacy, is seeking to topple her bid with a third-party run.

Some legislators are voicing concerns that Ocasio-Cortez appears set on using her newfound star power to attack Democrats from the left flank, threatening to divide the party and undermine its chances at retaking the House...
A third party run would cause the Republican to win.
“The next Bernie Sanders?”
Listening to her I think she fancies herself the next Josef Stalin except her gulags won’t be anywhere near as nice as his were.
Love it. Just love it. Let the Leftists embrace her as “the future of their party”.
This is wonderful!
Third party? Snort. NYS wishes it had 2 parties.
Listening to her I think she fancies herself the next Josef Stalin except her gulags wont be anywhere near as nice as his were.
She and Kamala Harris have probably been in touch.
We’re facing some very vile and evil people. It’s sad that so many Americans are ignorant and have no ability to discern.
That essentially means... Wait until you're elected to start openly voicing your antisemitic views... And during elections, try to pretend that you like Israel.
“The next Bernie Sanders? “
She’s all yours’, Rats, enjoy! This is the future of your Party.
[[Meteors fizz out]]
Are they saying she’s as ‘Dumb as a Rock’?
The Republican “candidate” Anthony Pappas is on the ballet in name only. He refuses to campaign or be involved in the election in any way.
According to her capitalism was just invented recently. And we werent capitalist when the nation was founded.
Republicans won’t vote for Crowley.
Deep blue district... Crowley would likely win as a write in if he ran...
She won in a primary that had 20% turnout.
Crowley pulled a Cantor and took his eye off the ball... Had he actually campaigned he would have won the district easily... he thought he had it easily.. didn’t bother to do anything... and wound up losing in a low turn out primary.
He’d likely win handily in a general election, provided he actually campaigned and got his organization moving.
Republican won’t sneak in and win by a divided left. Cortez got effectively a few percentage points of the actual general electorate vote.... In a general against a motivated and engaged Crowley she would likely pull no more than 10% of the vote... And Crowley would still win the district as an R in that district isn’t going to get 20% of the vote.
So if Crowley were to actually get his machine going and campaign, he could give up half of his 2016 vote totals of 41% to this doofus woman, and still would win...Yes, he won the district with over 80% of the vote:
In a head to head match up, with Crowley engaged, he would almost certainly win a write in campaign.
The MSM and left wing narrative have so oversold what this woman has done... Crowley got lazy, and she snuck in... He engages and shows up, he would still crush her.
For reference, here was the primary result she won:
Having just recently heard her speak, shes a moron. Im more than happy to have a socialist career barfly be the new face of the Democrats.
The man is a fool if he does not run as an independent.
I once heard Obama described as a “bottle rocket”...I think that description fits this she-loser too.
“Listening to her I think she fancies herself the next Josef Stalin except her gulags wont be anywhere near as nice as his were.”
Democrats lack Stalin’s compassion.
