The supervisors in SF must have determined there’s a POOP shortage on the city streets... so they moved (pun intended) with this action to insure there soon will be a surplus. I speculate they will be successful.

The illegals already do vote for those positions. Nothing to stop them once odumbo gave them the “go ahead”. The U.S. election process is a shambles.
