The work he did during the Bush administration has nothing to do with being a judge. Schmuck is trying to muddy the waters with whatever he can find. Kavanaugh’s work at the white house was for the Bush administration, not himself.

He [Grassley] added that documents from Kavanaugh's time as staff secretary were the "least relevant" to his legal thinking but were among the "most sensitive" documents from the Bush White House.

If the public gets to see the documents also, then I'm in favor of their release. Couldn't care less about protecting Bush.

GWB should reject his requests.
