I think even the Ninth Circus would throw this suit out. Good they're all suing at once so all these states cannot sue individually.
Trump should follow up with a civil rights lawsuit against the states and the AGs involved.
This isn't even about an object, it's about information associated with an object! Unless the information is officially classified the government has no basis for criminal action, and unless the information is proprietary there is no basis for civil action.
No one has standing to do a damn thing about this information.

I do not think the Supreme Court is going to do another Dred Scott decision to uphold the State’s power to censor the Internets.
Once Justice Brett is on the Supremes, look for more lower ruled cases coming the USSC way.
