Congress does nothing because the judges ARE doing their assigned job: to do the things which the UniParty wants, but which would be politically risky for Congress to order.
Why would the left hate President Trump as much as they do when they boxed him in with Russia,Russia,Russia and countless tyrannical hack judges who block everything POTUS does? I think the answer lies in the fact that they were so close to putting the bullet behind the ear of America with Clinton II. They are greedy with their desire to get what they want. The end game is USA in name only with a rotten carcass.
Who needs an invading army of conscripts to destroy this nation?

There is no overcoming the swamp. Too wide, too deep. It would take a super-majority in Congress, and conservative Presidents with a backbone for the next 15 years to overcome the corrupt judges. Any doubt this was the real reason for trying to “integrate” women in all areas of the military? The women who fought so hard for the ‘right to be in all areas of combat’ were tools of the non-straight propaganda community...
The courts can do nothing without the Executive Branch to enforce their edicts.
Does anybody really think am Executive would enforce a court order that was detrimental to themselves?

I can't answer for "transgenders", but diabetics are Not deployable. My uncle, with 18 years in, most of it in electronics aboard B 52's developed diabetes. He was grounded and spent the rest of his career training others in electronics.
