I agree... Obama is the root of all the problems we now face in DC... But, that being said, when he got there he did find most of the democratic party was already compromised and corrupt to the bone.. They jumped at the chance to join the treason and hide their own crimes..
Trump may not have much of a choice at the moment; politically speaking. Perhaps after the Nov. elections he will have more options. Maybe less though too. Trump and his team chose Sessions. They made this bed. If Sessions wanted to quit it would be easy to part ways but I doubt that's the case. Still, come January, it will be two full years. That would likely be the most prudent time to ask for the AG's resignation.

What I find interesting is how often POTUS apparently is talking to Rosenstein. Working hard to peel him away from Mueller? Keep him bought, as Mueller perhaps didn’t stay? The old, “keep your enemies closer”?
