The activist judge actually ordered the airplane carrying the deportees to be rerouted back to the United States–then suggested Attorney General Jeff Sessions could be held in contempt for the deportation order!

In light of the fact that law enforcement and police powers are the responsibility of the Executive Branch of Government, just how is this judge going to get anyone to arrest the AG? The Federal Marshals belong to Sessions, the FBI belongs to Sessions, etc.

Ultimately they all belong to the Pres. Judges have no enforcement power. They must rely on the executive branch. The supremes need to put an end to this crap.
