The echo chamber was busy with it’s collusion efforts relating to Cohen and Manafort.

They are delaying the sentencing because PDJT already has the pardon document drafted. Manafort will also be pardoned. Mueller and his hate team do not want those pardons to happen before Nov., 2018, mid term election day.

I would guess Mueller has not produced and does not want to produce the exculpatory evidence as ordered by the Judge. Wonder why the Judge is playing along?

Sure looks that way. But why keep delaying over one process crime? The judge was ticked off last spring about the delays. It would look really bad if they sentenced him and then it comes out he was setup.

He was ticked off in the spring. I haven't seen any reports this time around. The CTH article just has the judges order..

I really wish someone would contact everyone who has testified in this thing and list out the attorney fees that have been paid. Then list out the cost to the taxpayers AND the cost to those financially ruined.

I don’t think Trump will “pardon” them. I think, he wants to COMMUTE their sentences.

But to do that, they must be sentenced.

I think Mueller understands this.

From what I’ve read, client fees can go above $1K per hour for a decent DC lawyer. At those rates it doesn’t take long to bankrupt the client.

I agree that why I think the American people should be told the true cost of this

Am I correct that Flynn was perjury trapped over statements about something that was not even a crime?

“Sure looks that way. But why keep delaying over one process crime? The judge was ticked off last spring about the delays. It would look really bad if they sentenced him and then it comes out he was setup. “

They are delaying it for a couple of reasons. One is if they get Trump because of Manafort and Cohen, they say, “oops, we bad” and drop charges on Flynn. The second is Flynn is watching all of this unfold and Mueller is hoping that Flynn decides to make a deal.

There are suggestions that Flynn’s 302 files were altered. Grassley of the senate judiciary committee wants DOJ to give them to him. As far as I know, they haven’t been handed over.
This would be something the IG and Huber would be looking into.

They call these “process crimes”. They have no bearing on the validity, guilt, or innocence of the original charges.

Same thing they got Papadopoulous on.

“Process crime”.

It is also well to keep in mind, as Leftists refuse to do because it suits their purpose, that the FBI agents (backed up by Comey in public statements) saw no deception in Flynn’s statements during his interview.

To me, this is why the FBI’s practice of relying on handwritten/typed documentation of the interview (rather than a recording which they DON’T do) is an abomination.

There is a reason for this practice, and one has to assume it is so that the actual testimony in interviews may be shaped to the needs of the agency.

One is if they get Trump because of Manafort and Cohen,

I don't think Manafort hurts trump at all. He nosed his way into the campaign to help his consulting business that no longer had any clients. He was gone once his Ukraine connections came to light. I don't see how Cohen hurts Trump. Setting up NDA's during a campaign may look bad but they aren't illegal if done properly. If they took the cash out of campaign contributions, that would be illegal. There was some precedent set at the John Edwards trial when he was found not guilty, but maybe the DOJ wants to go back and revisit that issue.

Not so sure. I think Mulehead knows that once the sentence is in, Flynn will release the tainted FISA stuff and it might be vacated.

What I don’t understand is why FLYNN is waiting. His team has this.

It’s possible he wants the OIG FISA report to come out first, but I can’t imagine how that helps him.
