One murder that sticks in my mind happened maybe 10 years ago in Chicago. A little girl went with her grandmother to a fruit stand. There had been gang rumblings in the neighborhood all day, and they happened to be there when violence finally erupted, caught in the crossfire. The girl died. Witnesses said the gang leader who ordered shooting to begin was a black man with a foreign accent. A police officer interviewed on TV said he knew right away who the suspect was by that description.
The suspect had been arrested 24 times previously, and was in the country illegally from Africa.

The President is the only one who can make sure immigration laws are enforced.
Since the last amnesty we have only been allowed to vote for amnesty candidates.
They had us in a box and had it rigged so we could not elect anyone who would enforce the laws.
