Back in the 50s and 60s, there were a lot of permitted Mexicans in Iowa working the truck farm circuit. After the big switch to monoculture corn and soybeans and the decrease in cattle, most of them went home. A few stayed to work on the railroads, but as the small towns died off, they, along with most rural Iowans moved away. The meat packers consolidated, but one locale didn’t have enough local Americans to work in a plant, especially at prevailing wages, so more illegals started moving in.
I pretty much grew up there, and there were several Hispanic families in my neighborhood. They were mostly leftovers from the truck farm days and a few students from the university who got a job there. The only illegals I met were at a party at a friend’s house. He worked for the railroad and invited everyone there. The illegals at least spoke passable English and all eventually wanted to go back to their families in Mexico.
Your daughter died for an Enchilada. As far as I am concerned murder is NOT a value and equivalence with food and calling ILLEGALS Iowans is insane. Sometimes I do not want to live in this America anymore because it just breaks my heart to see murder victims re-murdered by an idiotic father and leftists.
This guy obviously doesn’t care that his daughter would absolutely be alive today, if our laws about illegals were simply enforced. It seems like he and his other leftist family members would rather have the illegals here than his daughter alive.
Nor does he seem to care at all about preventing this from happening to other innocent young people.
