After seeing the Illinois crowd, looked to be mostly white upper class, cheering for almost everything Osamaobama said I wonder if this Republic has learned anything at all about the far left.......All 750 of them?

That will happen to a certain extent. The Walkaway movement is a good example of this. But I doubt it will happen to a large degree because of the deep conditioning of political correctness. It is so easy to be on the Left. You have the media, academia, the entire entertainment industry, global political thinking, the environment movement, and so much more. People on the Left believe they are freely making choices. But the moment they move even a step to the Right they will be punished. They will be called racist, and uncaring, etc. Their white privilege is showing. They are like animals in a cage given an electricrical shock if they make the wrong move.
But, this is predicated on a nice life: a big house in the suburbs, luxury cars, public schools that send half the kids to top schools.
If that is threatened, just watch how fast they jump over to the GOP!

That’s why we HAVE them in the first place, and there are millions of us.
They don’t get this for free, nor for the price of an election either. Nor without a LOT of pain coming back their way.

By the standards of the JFK fanboys on FR, that makes Ayanna Pressley "more conservative than most of today's Republicans". All she has to do is give speeches blasting a communist regime and supporting tax cuts (both of which Barack Obama did while president... heck, I could even make a case Bernie Sanders did that here and here ), and PRESTO! She's then "More conservative than today's Republicans".
Gotta love the JFK "conservative" standard!
