Is the clinic affiliated with the hospital? Is the hospital covering for the clinic?
Imagine how the baby felt being killed. Six months is no where near a blob of cells. How many other abortions did the woman have? Mother is not a word that should be used to describe her.
Insurance premiums for an office to commit (not “perform” as if slaughtering the young can be reduced to a “performance”) late-term abortions is extremely high & is one of few up-front discouragements for bottom-feeders to extend their infanticide ways. At least lawsuits of this nature, besides shining a light on this dark corner, help keep those premiums high.

Aye, my only sympathy is that I pray daily for “a Christian ending to our life...”; which she seems to have eluded.
Very sad...to die while killing your child.
Sad the “family” didn’t value the life of the unborn baby as much as the woman. But maybe I should correct that since the only value the woman has to this family is money.
So a viable baby was murdered along with the mother. I’ve taken care of many babies born at 6 months and most survived.
Or, keep the baby. Give life.
