Okay so this is going to sound cold, but IMHO why not just let the bastard return to Crapastan and put a Terrorist/Criminal/accused pervert Hold on his travels after that.
Reality is now the child molester will be tried and convicted, put in Protective Custody while in prison, fed, medicated and housed. Most likely the best life he has EVER had.
We should try him in the US so he doesn’t tell all his criminally minded buddies “buy a ticket to the USA and commit your crimes there - those stupid Americans will not only let you get away with it but buy you a free ticket home!”
