Here’s my problem with this.
Why was there even a party?
I went to private school. One of the biggest things you could do to get yourself kicked out was to be caught drinking, even outside of the school. At least for my school, having a party like this of all underage students drinking would no doubt have gotten leaked or come out somehow and been a big scandal, even it it didn’t go public. None of the students I hung out with would take a risk like that.

It might be, but how many kegger parties do young high school students (she was 15) attend at someone’s house? The group would be a certain “Click” and happened a lot less often then people might think (no parent wants their house destroyed).
He was a nerd, even if he was a football player. I would suspect he did not drink in High School, so easy to say I wasn’t there.
I drank in high school, usually in a small group of friends (when we could sneak a few beers). I never attended a massive kegger party until I was in the Marines.
Very Presidential, unlike that jaska*s Kerry and his juvenile comments.

Now, she’ll have to come up with a pic of her, Kav and the others, standing in front of said party house, holding up a newspaper with date of said party.

Which coincidentally is when it looked possible that Romney might beat Obama and Kavanaugh was already being named as the next likely Republican Supreme Court nominee.

Kavanaugh was in high school before the campaign by MADD.
Underaged drinking at parties was quite common when I was in high school.
Not at the party. Can anyone prove otherwise? If not, end of story.

He was working at a summer job in another state, had was out of the country, was doing away studying, had already enrolled in collage.
Or the other guy that she accused of being there could also have been at some other location that summer.
Not accusing him of anything but Kavanaugh went to a Jebbie ( Jesuit) HS, just like me. Better believe he drank. We used to pass the Lenten poor box up and down the bar at McSorleys in my senior year. Got enough donations to win the school contest and hot an extra day off.
So correct that this is getting weird.
She was at a party she cannot remember its location.

Or the incident did occur, and was widely gossiped about, but Kavanaugh was not involved.

Your statement is unclear. You drank with Kavanaugh? Or guilt by association since you both attended the same school?
