My gut feeling is this was a party of 5, for the obvious reasons, and the judge was not present. He may recall the rumors from that party and be able to name all the participants. The girl may have suffered guilt and shame her entire life, causing need to see psychiatrist in 2012. Not able to reconcile anything for 36 years, her guilt manifested itself into TDS. Judge may have to name names.
