I guess you don't understand the difference between Wednesday (what the Republicans wanted) and Thursday (what Ford wanted) and why that was a sticking point.
Hearing on Wednesday = committee vote on Friday
Hearing on Thursday = committee vote delayed till Monday

What craven cowards the republicans are!

My bet is they are going to make rules as to what questions can be asked .. ie. where you were a party slut Ms Ford
That might be good.
When the whole thing collapses and she refuses to appear because of “rules” she doesn't like - just publicly release all of the rules she was demanding and the world can then see what she didn't want to answer...:^)
It will be revealing.

“Theyve said theyll help Venezuela in exchange for 1 mm bbls of that oil, about the best in the world.”
Venezuala’s oil is heavy crude, nearly like tar, the worst kind of oil to process, so much that Venezuala has to export it to be refined elsewhere.
