Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) is calling for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh's nomination to be withdrawn following two sexual misconduct allegations against him.
Gillibrand on Sunday tweeted her support for Deborah Ramirez, the woman who hours earlier went public in The New Yorker with her accusations against Kavanaugh. Ramirez is alleging that Kavanaugh exposed himself without her consent when the two attended Yale University together in the 1980s.

this is the sort of thing that happens in banana republics. guilt by accusation, and guilty until proven guiltier.
Justice Ginsburg should resign because she said that South Africa’s constitution is far superior to ours, and that we should look to it for guidance, and that the age of consent for sexual relations should be 12.
These people announced they were not going to vote for him before he was announced.

I hate to think these “people” breathe the same air I do.
Gillibrand supports the woman who admits to being so drunk that she had to be coached about what happened. I hope people keep in mind it’s the likes of Gillibrand, Booker, Warren, Blumenthal, and the crazy ladies from California and Hawaii that will control the US Senate if the dems win.
oh, and here’s her problem. she is running for president-ette, and she’s got to actually out-crazy the likes of booker and harris to capture the dems’ whackjob base.

Based on the WH’s response this AM, I don’t think we’re dealing with how either Bush would have handled this sort of thing and I bet that really has ones like Gillibrand teed off big time.
To hell with the rule of law, she says. It’s the seriousness of the charge that matter.
She also said “Caw, caw, caw!”
And in so doing Gillibrand displays why she should resign.
Gillibrand should promise to quit the U.S. Senate if Kavanaugh is confirmed.
I am calling for Gillibrand to step down because she is a ding dong.
Give her credit...even she's said this process has been horrible.
She's also said that she doesn't think these allegations are any big deal. When she was in HS she was groped by Abe Lincoln and she didn't make a big deal about it.
