Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) says she doesnt believe Brett Kavanaugh will overturn a landmark abortion ruling if hes confirmed to the Supreme Court.
"Well first of all I do not believe he's going to repeal Roe v. Wade," Collins told Showtimes "The Circus," when asked about how she could potentially be "the vote" that puts Kavanaugh on the court and leads to the landmark 1973 case being repealed.

This is a tentative good sign...for confirmation.
I don’t think that will happen either.
The path to fewer abortions is defunding planned parenthood and educating people to realize the unborn deserve to be treated at least as well as household pets.
People who love animals so much, seem not to care about the unborn at all.
I hate this woman. From a state that refused to recognize the evil of female genital mutilation.
The path to fewer abortions is to win the argument at state level. When 38 states have made it illegal, stopping abortions becomes largely unstoppable.
If the rest of the Court call in sick he might, LOL
I would read it the same. Does this mean it comes down to Flake?
“But Senator, you need to get with the program and be a reactionary crazy person who thinks Kavanaugh will usher in the dystopian Handmaid’s tale. Why isn’t your hair on fire like the rest of us???”
I hope that he will.
after what the left is doing to him? He’s gonna lead the charge against these lefty asses and help overturn it. Payback’s a b*tch.
Despicable viewpoint, but ok.
Sadly....NOTHING will be able to STOP women from KILLING THEIR BABIES!!
Fathers deserve the legal right to protect their daughters and sons between conception and birth and securing that legal right requires overturning Roe vs. Wade.
But what's she gonna say when Amy Coney Barrett is the nominee? One would suppose that we cross that bridge when we get to it...
Collins is a YES vote.
She is still pissed at the antics of the left.
Collins needs to retire. She can’t even talk.
Her voice is so shaky. I can’t stand to listen to her speak.
How can one judge on the SCOTUS overturn anything???
Hi DoughtyOne, YES the defunding of PP is a HUGE step to getting what we want!!! I am still however VERY CONFUSED as to why this is such a huge issue WHEN there are hundreds of birth control methods readily available to ANYONE who needs them WHY IN THE HELL does anyone need an abortion in this day and age!!!
There’s a glimmer of hope from time to time, but for the most part, unless we GRIND THE DEMOCRATS TO DUST, it will always be legal to kill your unborn CHILDREN.
I was 12 when Roe v. Wade became law. I am 58 now. Not a single sign in my entire lifetime has pointed toward anyone, Independent, Libertarian or Right, willing to reverse that awful, ill-gotten law.
60 MILLION aborted babies...and counting!
Planned Parenthood should have a changing marquee like McDonald’s. :(
