Yes, I think it has been revealed several times. There is no crime.
There was no investigation or complaint or arrest in Maryland years ago. There is no given time or place of the alleged attack. There is nothing for the FBI to investigate.
During the hearing there were apparent discrepancies in her testimony. Were formal charges brought for specific examples of lies under oath, then there could be an investigation.
I would think that such an event would be delayed until after the election to avoid clamor, hue and cry for jumping on the girl.
