President Trumps campaign has moved next weeks rally with Sen. Ted Cruz to a bigger venue in Texas after citing an unprecedented demand for tickets.
Trumps 2020 campaign manager Brad Parscale tweeted the venue change Thursday, saying the response for tickets to Mondays rally in Houston has been "HUGE and unprecedented."
The campaign rally will now be held at the Toyota Center, which can seat up to 19,000 people for concerts. The previous venue, NRG Arena, holds about 8,000 people.
Trump announced last month he would hold a major rally with Cruz at the biggest stadium in Texas we can find to help the Texas Republican fend off Rep. Beto ORourke, D-Texas, who is running for Cruz's seat in the Senate.

This is going to be one HUGE event .
Texas is Trump country !
Its going to be Yuge!
Huge rally set for Texas!
Go Cruz. Go Trump!
Go ALL GOP candidates
across the Country!
Is Jerry's World available?
And I’ll bet he could darn near fill it.
Psych! Next they’ll move to NRG Stadium.
Will you be attending Jane? Huge venue, 19,000. :-)
Wow! How I’d love to be there!
Cruz IS going to win, right???
Trump makes drunken Irish transvestites sad.
Then on to Mesa, Arizona.
Should have moved it to NRG Stadium.
Methinks there’s going to be an above average presence of disruptors at this one.
In Tampa, which is smaller than Houston, the venue at the Fairgrounds was 10k, with approximately 5k watching outside on a Jumbotron.
Nineteen thousand is a conservative estimate.
Can’t wait to see ‘Beto’ stomped into the ground!
This is Texas after all.
And the look on liberal faces when they realize that Francis ORourke couldnt fill Shamrock stadium, if he offered free EBT cards.
