Sabato should be selling mutual funds. He likes hyperbole and he likes to pump up his product. But, watch for his final prediction for the House. He will have at least 20 races rated as toss ups, too close to call. He will be right with all of the rest, but he will not make a call on the 20 races that will decide who controls the House. If he can’t figure out in November who will win the House, then he can’t figure it out now either.
By the way, right now, no one knows who will win the House, and that will probably be the case in November, too.
Larry’s been a bit off
The blessed day Trump was elected I didn't get home until almost 11:00 and went right to bed. But the next morning - WOW!

If he says 4 seats, the Dems are probably short at least twice that much, based on his previous prognostication record.
The week before election day in 2016, I remember a smug Larry Sabato declaring Clinton was going to win the election for President absolutely no doubt. I think smug Sabato is going to be wrong this year.

The news is good, and seems to be getting better. Mr. Schweikart’s most important analysis is that the voting has already begun, and the trends along those lines are positive, more positive than perhaps one could have hoped for.
Anyway, The only LS with real data and not polling data is Larry Schwiekart.

Crystal Ball specifically mentions GA-7 (Rob Woodall) as a possible Dem flip. I don’t think so.
This is Georgia Gwinnett county. Remember the article for a few days ago, where the Dems were up in arms about Gwinnett county throwing out 1 out 10 absentee ballots?
I’m confident that the fake ballots in the CD will not see the light of day and Woodall will not have a problem.
I will drag my girlfriend who lives in the district to the polls if I have to (she’s from China but is an American citizen now).
But I won’t have to drag her - she voted for Trump after we talked about it, and convinced a bunch of her Chinese friends (many of whom she helped become citizens) to do the same. And now she and her friends absolutely love Trump - as do many of their friends in China!

Well that tears it … there’s no use in voting as these states have already voted and closed the polls down without telling the voters (so the headline makes it seem). There needs to be some type of action to shut down these fake claims that low info voters might not read past the headline and just not vote. Hopefully it hits the lib low info voters harder and they won’t vote thinking they’ve already won.
Which means they are actually 10 seats short and falling!
Let’s hope he’s using that crappy crystal ball that let him down so badly in 2016. After that embarrassment, I’m surprised he didn’t just hang it up and go in to hiding.
