With facial recognition technology and informants there is no reason that we shouldn't be able to pick them out of a crowd.
I would also argue that if any foreigner commits a felony in the US, is convicted and deported, and then illegally reenters the country and is caught - then they should be executed by firing squad as soon as their identity is confirmed without any recourse to the courts.

America is about to erupt because Americans are tired of it. If the powers-that-be continue with their depredations against us there will be civil unrest or outright civil war. If the SOB politicians, the overpaid 'public servants', and the rich old families think that Muslim terrorism and communist revolutions are scary, wait until they totally enrage the most creative, hardworking, and well-armed people in the world.

it’s just two weeks to go on this election. I’m not going to say it’s the most important election ever, but each election is part of a chain. When the chain breaks, you fall and need to repair the chain and climb back up all over again.
