NON-Citizens Can Legally Vote in Arizona!
Arizona Secretary of State ^

Posted on 11/16/2018 10:06:39 AM PST by Mercury59

ARIZONA, Office of the Secretary of State Elections Division

Proof of Citizenship Requirements

https://azsos.gov/elections/voting-election/proof-citizenship-requirements

“A person is not required to submit proof of citizenship with the voter registration form, but failure to do so means the person will only be eligible to vote in federal elections (known as being a “federal only” voter). A “federal only” voter will become eligible to vote a “full ballot” in all federal, state, county and local elections if he or she later provides valid proof of citizenship to the appropriate County Recorder’s office.”

The Heritage Foundation notes that as few as 300 cases involving voter fraud have been successfully prosecuted since 2010. Voter prosecution cases do not appear to be a priority for the Justice Department.

this is against my civil rights...my vote is diminished because our votes where I live are true and valid votes, and the non true/illegal votes are rejected....

thus, its counting votes in different ways in different places...

Proposition 200, passed by the voters in 2004, requires that a form of proof of citizenship be provided if an individual wishes to vote in Arizona local elections.

...

I think this is being interpreted negatively.

Arizona actually strengthened the requirements in 2004.

This didn’t used to be the problem it is now...time to change the laws!

The USA is no longer comprised of mostly honorable people.

Preposterous!

I heard of some states where they allow non citizens to vote on LOCAL issues, but certainly not federal ones, as it states here. I think this is definitely illegal.

You stand to lose your sovereignty when you allow foreign nationals to make your decisions. That’s end game right there.

This would explain why the Republican Governor won and the Republican Senator lost.

It would also explain why so many Republicans are effectively becoming Democrats by quitting.

Blame a federal judge.

AZ passed Prop. 200 (2004) “Arizona Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act” which says you have to prove citizenship to register to vote or apply for services. A judge said AZ has to allow the Federal registration form, which has only the “honor” system.

so maybe Prop 200 was only partly explained to the voters when they voted on it? Selling the part about neeeding id but not fully explaining it means ONLY for state elections, not all elections taking place int the state?

It’s amazing how uneducated so many of us citizens are to what is actually for whatever reason become the laws reguarding voting in our state and national elections. Schools should be properly educating, Parents should educate themselves and teach their kids - but no instead we get diversity, multi-cultural all is fair type teaching and it’s ruining the USofA.

The Federal system need to change.
No chance of that for another two years though. Unless Trump can do something administratively.

Do they get a special ballot?

All of our AZ ballots are ‘mixed up’ and include Federal, state and local issues/candidates.

Two different voter rolls and different colored ballots?

"If you have an Arizona driver license or non-operating identification card issued after October 1, 1996 you will need only to provide the license number on a voter registration form. "

This effectively means nothing.

The invaders that have started to jump the fence in CA, will:

1. Not show up for their immigration hearing.

2. Will apply for and receive a valid CA drivers license.

3. Will use that CA drivers license to obtain an AZ drivers license.

4. The foreign national in our country unlawfully will then be able to "legally" vote in AZ.

22+ million foreign nationals living in our country unlawfully is a national disgrace. Many of them voting in our elections is worse.

Not to mention, noncitizens and illegal aliens are counted when apportioning congressional districts. This means that areas with large numbers of illegal alien residents gain additional representatives in Congress.
Noncitizens, Voting Violations and U.S. Elections

This is the decades long national emergency that few in power want to correct.

I don’t remember this prop 200 from 2004. Could this have been one of those votes that if you voted “yes” it really meant you didn’t want it and vice versa? AZ loves to have us vote on that kind of crap.
