He’d be obliterating most of the advances made by western civilization from the eighteenth century, when the first steam engines were invented in England, up to the present. Most electricity, after all, is still produced by burning fossil fuel.

He may have played a scientist in his movies, but he ISNT one.

The Europeans he descends from could not have survived without burning something (trees) in the cold climate (where there is little sun for a good chunk of the year) and they would soon run out of those as the population increased (you can do smelting with charcoal for a while but you denude available fuel trees pretty quickly).

SO civilization just stops as he ‘terminates’ the ability for it to move forward (or is simply killed by the first 5 people who takes a disliking to his preaching and snuffing out of their fires). A well thrown spear can take out a mammoth, so some slightly larger than normal human could be done similarly.

>>>>Yes, it was a much better time when horse manure was everywhere, and children could play in the streets with dead horses nearby.

And you forgot the Horse Urine as well - streets used to be slick with it ... and good luck on steep streets in cities

Perfect example of overweening hubris that connects all of the elites like Tom Steyer, Little Mikey Bloomberg, Ex-Governor moonbeam etal.

“Dumber than a box of rocks” is not an adequate descriptor of Arnold. It’s hard to believe anyone with his naivety could actually get elected as dog catcher, much less governor of California. Talk about the land of fruits and nuts, this takes the cake.

After he humped the housekeeper and moved her and his son to Bakersfield, they lived right down the road from my father in law. I saw her and the boy a few times. Of course, we didn’t know who they were at the time. She looked just like every other Mexican woman in Bakersfield. lol After the news broke I looked at hubby and said....I just don’t get it!

If these idiots knew how much of our lives depend on oil for other than gasoline, they would probably sing a different tune........

I found a picture of his battery powered Gulfstream. He's walking the talk.

Snort!

Is there ANYTHING worse than insufferable, know-it-all celebrities and politicians?

so the early homo sapien that discovered how to start a fire made a mistake?

Two more important questions:

1. Does body building and steroid use effect one’s ability to reason?

2. Does marrying a Kennedy effect ones ability to reason?

If ONLY we had mastered unicorn farts instead of developing thermodynamics and discovering how to burn coal and make steam to power industry, generate electricity, and heat / cool homes. If only...if only...

Why weren’t we smart back in the 1700s?

He was a big, strapping lad. He would have been an excellent mule driver down on the farm in Alt Österreich.

There's a reason why we are able to grow food for 6 billion people. There's a reason why mankind was in constant hunger for thousands of years. I wonder what it could be?

He governed California like a Democrat. He never got on the rails in the first place.

“we’d be up to our butts in horsecrap.”

Cities in the 1800s must have been real pleasant with endless, year-round stench of horse crap and horse urine.

Cities before that were even worse because people threw their own waste into the streets.

Sanitation because good when steam-driven and later electric-driven motors and pumps were invented. The simple act of getting your crap from your toilet to the sanitation works and processing it is all powered by electricity.

"Go back in time? Oh what fun I could have with that."

The babes WERE hot back then. But the styles from Nordstroms? Not so hot.

He really is stupid! I am actually surprised by that. He has been able to accomplish a lot in his life but he and Price Charles, oh yeah and the Pope. Idiots.
