Dude is connected. Worked for Rahm Emmanuel, where he did political opposition research, and has worked on over 150 political campaigns. He knows everyone, and he knows the dirt. He's also won some 8 and 9 figure judgments/settlements in civil cases, as well as represented some famous people like Paris Hilton, Christina Aguilera, Don Henley and Glenn Frey. I'm guessing he knows Rahm's brother, Ari, and that's where he got hooked up with the famous clients. All that is in the past, and the dude now seems to be radioactive. It remains to be seen if his connections will help him, but being as slimy as he is, I'll wager he has other income streams nobody knows about.

I'll bet that you're at least partially wrong.Unless she signed a prenup the marital assets laws would state that half of what they have is hers.So it's possible that she won't get what the court awarded but she'll get *something*.

As much as I can’t stand him, I’m with you on this. There needs to be some top-end cap so women don’t take these judgements as a reason to gold-dig.
If a judge wants to punish him for being a jerk, which would be fine by me - make him give the whore no more than $10k per month, and force him to send the rest of the money to the government - they need it more than her.

1) It gives other women ideas on how to get rich.
2) It tells men, particularly those with money, to get nowhere near women.
