“Kavanaughs a Bush man”
And the Bush family voted for Hillary. They and their cohorts are vile.
Sodomy is a sin.
The Supreme Court has just ruled in favor of homo “marriages”. That goes far beyond the “privacy of their own homes”.
“Sodomy is a sin.”
Yep, but the laws only applied to homosexual buggery, not heterosexual buggery. Buggery is buggery.
No. You (and CNN) and the rest of the concerned crowd keep suggesting that this was a case about funding, when it wasnt.
I have made no statement that this about funding, so please don't misrepresent what I have or have not said. As you stated earlier, "It was about whether an individual could bring a lawsuit in the first place."
And I have demonstrated the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of said lawsuits with the precedents of Roe vs Wade and Lawrence vs Texas. Funding was not an issue in either of those two rulings.
Roe and Lawrence will be overturned.
Not with Kavanaugh and Roberts on the court. I can't fathom why you're defending them.
Just because you want to be right, doesnt make you right. You cant fathom because you want to be concerned.
You're not "concerned" about the murder of millions of babies, regardless of "funding"?
Are you pro-life or pro-murder?
You dont get it. I want Roe overturned and I want abortion ended. Im confident that will happen. It should happen today, but the court cant magically overturn Roe with a case about standing.
You bought the CNN propaganda about this case and You are concern trolling about Kavanaugh and Roberts despite the fact that Roberts has voted pro-life on cases in the past and Kavanaugh hasnt had a chance to vote.
This wasnt a case about funding and it has nothing to do with overturning Roe. You want to pretend that it was because CNN said so so that you can cry like eeyore.
The right case to overturn Roe will come later. Kavanaugh and Roberts will vote to overturn.
In your dreams. They both believe Roe vs Wade has set a precedent.
One wonders if this is a technical ruling or not it would appear to me as such
So what explains the Courts refusal to do its job here?, Thomas wrote. I suspect it has something to do with the fact that some respondents in these cases are named Planned Parenthood.
Some tenuous connection to a politically fraught issue does not justify abdicating our judicial duty, Thomas added. If anything, neutrally applying the law is all the more important when political issues are in the background.
He has just voted today: in favor of Planned Parenthood.
I agree that these two acted against our wishes.
Sadly, the House and Senate took a pass on passing legislation Trump was eager to sign, that would have defunded Planned Parenthood.
They also failed to act against PBS and NPR.
This last two years was to biggest failure to follow through in U. S. History.
McConnell, Ryan, F you two.
These same cast of traitors used the same bag of tricks to give us RINO flavored Obamacare.
The next time there is a flagrant “right wing” vs “left wing” dust up in the media, you know it is just the Uniparty Elites pulling the Hegelian strings for their man (or woman).
This time it was Kavanaugh, just another RINO Globalist.
They prey that we will “hate” the Left and the Left will “hate” the right and that’s how they get their man in office, every time.
Hegelian theory is an ancient practice.
Jesus described it.
It’s called divide and conquer.
