President Trump threatened Tuesday to have the military “build the remaining sections” of the U.S.-Mexico border wall, appearing to revive a call to use Pentagon money to finish the project ahead of a meeting with congressional Democratic leaders opposed to the president’s funding request. For their part, House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer put out a joint statement Monday arguing Trump and his party will own a government shutdown if they can’t strike a deal.
“People do not yet realize how much of the Wall, including really effective renovation, has already been built. If the Democrats do not give us the votes to secure our Country, the Military will build the remaining sections of the Wall. They know how important it is!” Trump vowed, capping a series of tweets meant to set the stage for the White House summit.

He needs to address the American people and say he is sick of watching Americans die of drug overdose, Americans being shoved aside by people working under the table, schools being over crowded and healthcare dollars being spent. He wants Americans taken care of FIRST so he is willing to shut down the government to protect the American people

Not only should the President have the military build the Trump Wall, but he should tell Mexico that if they want to keep the current ports of entry open, they will have to supply the materials for building it. Otherwise, we will close the wall until it is complete. It would save them money, because the supplies priced in pesos would be less expensive than pricing them in dollars. And the President could rightfully say that Mexico paid for building the wall.
