I have also read that Mueller was behind the hounding of Bruce Ivins, the scientist who finally killed himself as a result of the constant harassment he and his family were subjected to during the anthrax “investigation.” I have not found corroboration of this... but if true, fits what we are seeing of Mueller now.

I remember Bruce, and no one who knew him ever thought he had anything to do with the letters. But his name is destroyed forever now, because once he committed suicide, the FBI counted it as case solved and closed it.

Judge Sullivan ordered the Office of Special Counsel to provide the court any exculpatory evidence some time ago. If this seven months in the making 302 varies from earlier iterations of the same, the Judge is liable to blow a gasket and hold the DOJ lawyers in contempt along with dismissing the case.

I have thought all along that Judge Sullivan will throw this case out, with prejudice. I hope that will happen. I’m assuming the judge can also punish members of the prosecution and investigators, but I don’t know for sure.

If there is any real justice, Mueller deserves the same treatment as Mike Nifong.

For people like Flynn and Manafort collared by Mueller .....
if a judge throws out their cases and rules that Mueller's Office engaged in malfeasance,
they have legal standing to sue the govt (US taxpayers) for a boatload of money.

Sounds like a plan to me.

I agree, we have speeecial police not accountable to anyone who are threatening the citizens, either this gets reigned in or the country is over, we cannot win playing their game

Had to look that one up to refresh my memory. What happened to Nifong should happen to just about everyone on Mueller’s side, and then some. Interesting that when I looked that up, I also looked up Alberto Gonzales. There’s another reference apropos this entire mess.

He was behind the hounding of Steven Hatfill as well... remember the magic bloodhounds?

As I recall, Hatfill had been targeted because of another kind of “fake dossier” only in his case it was an article by Dr Meryl Nass in Red Flags Weekly accusing Hatfill of complicity in a Rhodesian anthrax outbreak...Nass is an anti-vaccine conspiracy nut in Maine who has connections to Cuba and spent time there [promoting a tale that the US was causing blindness in Cuba] and touts herself as an expert on anthrax. She’s an associate of a woman named Barbara Hatch Rosenberg who pushed the Hatfill story as well, had Pelosi drinking it up like purple Kool-Aid...the Dems holding kangaroo commissions and the like.

I figure it was a scheme to hide the state sponsor of the anthrax outbreak because they really didn’t want to have to take action against whatever state was involved, for some reason. When the Hatfill-Rhodesia thing failed hey turned to others like Ivins... but it’s hard not to notice that one person working with Ivins and other scientists there was a guy named Ali A Timimi, who is probably the most penalized guy in the whole GWOT, getting some 200 yrs or more at sentencing for recruiting the Paintball cell of Virginia. Why was his sentencing so disproportionate compared to other terrorists? Was he like Manafort, charged with one thing when he was really being punished for association with something else no one in the deep state wants to discuss?
