Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA) said Wednesday that he "would love to be able to regulate the content of speech," but it would be illegal to do so due to the First Amendment.
"I would love to be able to regulate the content of speech," Lieu said Wednesday on CNN. "The First Amendment prevents me from doing so. And that's simply a function of the First Amendment. But I think over the long run, it's better that government does not regulate the content of speech."

I guess Ted would enforce his, "No free speech" position by beating and killing people who said things he did not approve of.
There’d be daily executions in every towns’ square, sanctioned by him.
Trump should brign this up in his reelection rallies- Say “Here’s the true mindset of democrats folks” Then go on to quote Lieu and Swallwell or whatever his name is- and say “If you don’t value the constitutional protections our country affords you, then by all means vote democrat, but if you want to keep America great, then vote the only choice you have to keep it that way, republican”
Why don’t we do a trial run and censor his free speech?

What he really meant is that the government can’t legally control speech, but if the liberals could control ngo’s then the ngo’s could control speech for the government.
