(CNN)Four days after attorneys secretly argued over a grand jury subpoena suspected to be related to special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian influence in the 2016 election, a federal appeals court is forcing an unnamed company to comply with the subpoena.
The appeals court did not identify the company, nor did the appellate judges say the subpoena was related to the Mueller investigation. The company that sought to quash the subpoena is owned by a foreign country, the ruling Tuesday said. But the hearing Friday came after several other secretive court clashes between Mueller's team and the company that received the subpoena, apparently over a grand jury action. The US Circuit Court in DC had locked down an entire floor of the courthouse Friday to prevent disclosure of the lawyers' identities.

Holey Moses! Who need “Russian Inference?”
Our current judicial system would make any hardline old-school Russian Bolshevik proud!
Nope, probably going after Trump business dealings with foriegn entities. Many country’s law prohibit disclosure of bank transactions outside of the country.
Not if Mueller is involved, unless it is a third party demanding documents. Could involve Roger Stone or Corsi. At this point it is all speculation.

Mueller trying to subpoena the Pee Party video from the Moscow Ritz-Carlton.
Like Ahab after the white whale.
If it was related to a Trump company it wouldnt remain secret.
One thing you can bet your bottom bippy on, the company subpoenaed is NOT Fusion GPS, although it should be.
Thats where the real collusion with Russia was, and PDJT had nothing to do with it except victim-hood. Imagine using Hillary Clinton’s contracted personal opposition research for a FISA Court surveillance order? WITCH HUNT !

Is that like when Mulehead was supposed to turn over evidence and documents and people were supposed to appear for testimony?
Government has no case and has no honor.
Yeah, could be Deutsche Bank.
company OWNED by a foreign country....sounds like it might be China related...or maybe Venezuela or other state owned petro?
thought they were a publicly traded company and not owned by the government.
What’s with all the Star Chamber BS? Is this some sort of fascist state? Stop secrecy. Pour light on the cockroaches inside and outside government.
I’m going to go with Saudi Arabia for $400, Alex.
Oh WAIT.. Pagliano was Hillary's IT guy who SET UP HER ILLEGAL PRIVATE SERVER AT HOME THAT CONTAINED TOP SECRET DOCUMENTS THAT HE DID NOT HAVE THE 'SPECIAL ACCESS PROGRAMS' SECURITY CLEARANCES TO SEE... NEVERMIND.
