Even if we miraculously raised $100 million, it would be peanuts for The Wall! LOL
We need to ask Millionaires + Billionaires, if they want a Wall built, to donate to a Wall Fund!
Then, we might get a couple Billion from that!
If my math is correct, 30 billion / 62 Trump voters I’d something like $683 / person, $1935 for a family of 4. Yes let the deep pockets give even more, many here would stroke a check for 2k for the typical family if 4. Heck, some will double it because they way little lord Castroboy is running Canada it is a matter of time before we need one there too.
I’m ready if it will really be used for the wall. I’d give all I have... literally.
Actually, if each person who voted for Trump pledged $20, (62,980,160 x 20) it would come to $1.26 billion. If only half of those who voted for him pledged $30, it would come to ~$945 million. That’s not enough, but it’s a significant chunk of change and would make a dent.
According to the figures they provided about the money they’ve raised so far, the average donation has been ~$62. If that average donation size were to stay the same, it would take only 30% of those who voted for Trump to raise ~$1.2 billion.

But, I’ve got a right-quick, legal (& CONSTITUTIONAL) way kill 2+ birds, as it were:
DISMANTLE. THE. ILLEGAL. WELFARE. STATE.
All the while, begin arresting & prosecuting any/all GOVT employees for aiding/harboring/colluding/obstructing/etc. by mining all the govt DBs. There you have the fraud/over-stays and begin the arrests & deportations.
Then and ONLY then, do you even circle-back on a ‘wall’
I know, I know...it’d be great if we were STILL a Republic & nation of Laws instead of men (the (R)N(C) has its own plantation to ever allow such a thing)

The problem is a Billionaire could walk in with a single check for the whole thing, but it would have to get deposited into the Treasury.
The only way to get the money out of the Treasury (even though it is specifically for the wall) is for Congress to appropriate the expenditure.
Chuck has said they will not do this.
I’m in for $200. More later.
