If there was a Wall Bond that was Tax Free 3% yield in $1000
5000 10000 100000 denominations it would attract many people more than just donations.

Many people are getting less than 3% in banks and a Federal
Bond would be safe.

Also, use cheap Mexican labor on the border to build the wall just like in Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico homes are built with illegal construction workers and you can build 3 miles of wall for what one mile of American worker walls would cost.

I am curious and willing to donate. I would love to hear from any legal types about how private funds could be used to fund a government project like this and what potential roadblocks the liberal creatures might erect. My gut feel is that this funding mechanism could work and like I said I would do my part

Yep. It is not as if they don’t already have the money for it. They just refuse to spend it. They’d rather use the money on vote-buying welfare programs.

Will this work? Can the POTUS technically use this money - or will some judge try to stop him, still saying the POTUS must go to Congress for funds?

That is exactly what I have been wondering. The courts will try to say this is just the POTUS trying to run around the legislators.

Just think the Feds gave over 100 Billion after the hurricane in Houston, Texas. They even gave Trillions of bail out dollars after the 2008 crash and even Mexico got 25 Billion from us.

However, congress cannot even come up with 5 Billion to protect our border?
