Full title: Knights of Columbus issue a pitch-perfect response to the anti-Catholic bigotry to Senators Hirono and Harris
Readers of American Thinker ( here, here, and here) are familiar with the appalling religious test for office that seems to be lurking in the questions submitted in writing to a nominee for a federal judgeship by Senators Hirono and Harris. In sum:
In a series of questions sent to Buescher, Hirono asked whether his membership in the Knights of Columbus would prevent him from hearing cases "fairly and impartially" and, if confirmed, whether he would end his membership in the organization.
"The Knights of Columbus has taken a number of extreme positions," Hirono said in the questionnaire. "For example, it was reportedly one of the top contributors to California's Proposition 8 campaign to ban same-sex marriage."
Harris meantime, in her questions to the nominee, called the Knights of Columbus "an all-male society" and asked the Nebraska lawyer if he was aware that the group was anti-abortion and anti-gay marriage when he joined[.]
The Knights have responded with dignity, honor, and (best of all) an open hand. Hat tip to Paul Mirengoff for bringing their open letter to my attention. I doubt that either senator is capable of shame, but if they were, they would surely be resolving to leave this bigotry behind in 2019.

Kamala will still be on the Judiciary Committee. The deal is done. She needs the platform to run as the NOT a Naturalized Citizen Candidate for POTUS in 2020.

As a former public school board director, I can tell the world they filter the teachers hired so that "the agenda" is not interfered with.
If we want to save America, THE ONLY WAY is to become the majority on the school board and fire the superintendent.
THAT'S the king pin for the government connection to the rape of our childrens' minds.
I commented this morning on another page about the American dream no longer exists.
I agree, but it's not gone completely.
We 1960's hippies gave birth to the 1960's radical that got teachers' certificates, got into the public schools and carved out family and God.
With no family nor God, there is no America so .... why dream ?
Run for and get on the school board and promote and support those conservative ... and yes, Christian .... folks running for school board.
A majority of Americans on the public school boards will straighten us out.

We did that when I still lived in Jefferson County, CO. The unions went nuts. The NEA dumped tons of money to fund a "grass roots" campaign to get these "extremists" out. The next election they reinstalled leftists and canned the new super. It's part of the reason we left. Didn't want to fund them anymore.

The end or goal the Liberals have in mind is the overthrow of everything America was based on, including the Constitution.
We are witnessing a revolution underway. It is a cold war for now, but it is still a revolution.
The Knights of Columbus were smart in not falling for the bait.
It did, for one lection cycle, and then was undone.
Douglas County, CO has had better luck, they decertified the union. NEA is still pounding on them.
I'm a KofC and we invite all people to come to many of our events (join us, i.e. take part in). But to join (become a member) and work on such events, you have to be a man and be Catholic. No error here.
