'If it's good enough for the Pope...' Now Trump insists his border wall can NOT be 'immoral

'If it's good enough for the Pope...' Now Trump insists his border wall can NOT be 'immoral because the Vatican's 40ft-high walls are 'the biggest of them all'

Trump said the Vatican 'has the biggest wall of them all' as he demanded funding

Vatican City has walls around it but allows visitors freely into St Peter's Square

The President has also pointed to defenses at the Obamas' home to justify a wall

Donald Trump has said his proposed border wall cannot be 'immoral' because the Vatican City has its own 40ft defenses.

Speaking at the White House after meeting congressional Democrats yesterday he said the Vatican 'has the biggest wall of them all'.

Drones flying above the border could only take 'nice pictures' and only a wall would stop people crossing illegally from Mexico, he said.

The President has demanded $5billion to fund the wall he promised voters in 2016 but Democrats have refused to pay it, forcing a partial shutdown.

Gee whiz. Are these people really THAT tone deaf? Kind of like “Give up your weapons for all of our safety!” while being protected by armed guards. Typical ‘good for me but not for you’. Does the dailymail leave it’s doors unlocked and unguarded 224/7/365 with cash just laying about and keys to the company vehicles in the ignitions? NO? Then STFU!

The Russians said they would take us down “from within”.

Their philosophy is here, now. It’s running freely in our institutions. This catterwalling against the wall, law and order, is them. It blows your mind how we all slept through their slow, methodical advance.

Now it’s in plain sight.

God bless this last American Patriot president.

And every last one of them must leave at closing time. No one is permitted to apply for asylum. No one is permitted to apply for citizenship. Out you go, everybody!

The president needs to ask the dems to explain why the wall is immoral. If it’s immoral because it stops people from coming into the country, then their argument that walls don’t work goes out the window. I can’t think of any other reason they’d call it immoral.

It's about time. I was waiting for him to make this comparison.

Now he needs to tweet the picture of the huge wall around Nancy Pelosi's mansion. Let's roll!

Pelosi's wall, flowers are a nice touch.

Nancy Pelosi @NancyPelosi Americans reject @realDonaldTrump’s immoral & hateful obsession with building a wall on the border. He should move on. #NoWall 10.3K 3:05 PM - Jan 8, 2018

“Vatican City has walls around it but allows visitors freely into St Peter’s Square”

They didn’t get far without differentiating the Pope’s wall. “Visitors” being the operative word, people aren’t bum rushing the Vatican walls for a lifetime of free money, education, housing, and medical care while at the same time hating the natural born citizens and claiming racism or some other percieved offense. Their comparison is without merit.

The MSM “fact checkers” have already said its a fence and not a wall. Figures the bastards would quibble over the form of barrier so they could again label Trump a liar. God I hate the MSM.

Vatican City has walls around it but allows visitors freely into St Peter's Square

And the USA would continue to allow tourists to visit here, spend their money, and then leave.

They took in one ‘refugee’ boy last year...hasn’t been heard from since...I’m sure the Vatican occupants found him useful to them...

We lost the Cold War from within but the Soviet Union collapsed before they could fully take advantage of it. Our enemies now know how to kill America by infecting all of our institutions and turning the people into sheep for the slaughter.

For some years now the Pope has been “sponsoring” refugees, mainly Syrian Muslims. Now here’s the interesting thing. The Pope takes them out of the refugee camps, then settles them not in Vatican City, but in Rome.

So the Pope gets the credit. Italy gets the burden.

The Vatican is a very small city-state. Nevertheless, there is plenty of room in the Vatican gardens for a high-rise apartment building. Why hasn’t the Pope built at least one to house his refugees?
