Trump is doing all he can to make the system work. He truly is but in the end he will do emergency powers which may not be stopped by a court any more that a missile strike on Syria or the invasion on Iraq.

You’re right, they can’t, and even they know it. But they do not care about the border, the only care about getting Trump.
So they will force him to use that emergency declaration, and then impeach him for “thwarting the will of Congress”. They’ll claim it is a “high crime and misdemeanor” and pull the trigger.

Isn’t Trump famous for completing construction projects ahead of schedule? They can litigate all they want, but by the time the case is settled one way or another, the wall is built. What then, tear it down? Not going to happen once it’s built. Even the Dems couldn’t get support for tearing down the wall once it’s built - which is why they’re fighting so hard to keep it from getting built.
