I just hope that some of the Freedom Caucus or other “conservatives in Congress step up and speak up for King.
This “takedown” of King has been in the works for quite a long time. For example the RNCC (under the same RNC run by Romney’s niece... LOL) did not support King’s re-election— he won by double digits, so there is that. King support CRUZ fully and fully support TRUMP thereafter. So this entire thing is a ROMNEY operation (the Free Labor Express, anti-wall, anti-Trump Romney of the uni-party. Where the Bush family could no longer go... LOL).

And then there is a virtual litany screed against King from ALL of the globalist Deep State uniparty, against virtually every conservative view shared on major parts of the FAKE republican platform.
Take the time and read the wikipedia run down on King— it is all there— the entire continuous persistent Leftist attacks and targeting against a 7 term conservative, dependable VOTE— so now this weasel neo lib McCarthy is following orders, and NOT standing up for a member of his party. McCarthy— the new Bob Michel of the Republican MINORITY. And McCarthy-— tight with Ryan (and Boehner), just saying. Romney is showing his same old LIBERAL RINO colors and backstabbing expertise.
One can only hope in the great “rush for the middle of the road pablum paste” of the fence sitting opportunist Uniparty— that the demonrats will take out their “embarrassments”.... like ocasio-cortez, Tlaib, and a host of other ultra lefties.
BUT THEY DON’T— democrats never castigate or call out another member (unless, at the very end, it threatens their uniparty pledge).

So now McCarthy tries to accomplish what King’s VOTERS would not want— so typical.
