Horse crap. His comments were no such thing. Vilification of someone asking a question regarding today’s political discourse, or the lack thereof, is eroding our representative foundation.

Steve King now has no friends in Washington.

And that’s the way it should be for all members of Congress.

The should have no friends in Washington.

Jeez...yet another successful political assassination by the New York Times.

The New York Times didn't spy on the guy and illegally record his conversations.

He sat down and gave them an 'effing interview.

I have no sympathy -- and no patience -- for a moron like this. I hope he resigns soon, so he can be replaced by someone who has an IQ above 80.

‘abhorrent’ is what comes after the thought police.

Yes, you’ve made it abundantly clear you’ve joined the mob working to take out Steve King and replace him with a “compliant” RINO.

No, I want a normal, intelligent conservative in that post ... not a college dropout who is dumb enough to think THE NEW YORK TIMES -- of all media outlets -- is going to write an objective article about him.

Clearly this guy has been in Washington for too long.

Just what in the hell did Steve King say that was so abhorrent? That he was a white nationalist.

Well so am I.I’m a white male and I love my country and I hate seeing where the commiecrats are taking us.

Why is the White House falling for this NYT smear?

White House can not afford to throw conservative leaning legislators under the bus every time someone on the left attacks them.

Foolish.

Disappointing. Surrendering to political correctness is not the answer. Tired of the GOP circular firing squads. In the meantime, Pelosi defends fellow Dems who call the President a MFer and call for getting in the faces of Cabinet members.

Political surrender is a Republican past time.

He didn’t say he was a white nationalist at all.

Best explanation I’ve seen here.

Agreed, there are only a few that wear R jerseys that side with the citizens and the rule of law.
King has been a stalwart for the citizens.

The others are working to complete the Bush Plan for North Mexico (aka USA)

I have no sympathy because nobody forced him to sit down for a 56 minute interview with them.

Regardless if you look at what was said in context he said nothing wrong. The speed at which the establishment Republicans threw him under the bus says volumes about who runs the party.
